"From start to finish this travel company were superb, always happy to adapt your pick up locations. Our driver Steve was early, very friendly and made the journey a joy. I recommend Kings Norton to anyone who wants reassurance when travelling."

"I just wanted to say thank you to Steve our driver for taking us to Ascot on Saturday 10th August. He was friendly and a good laugh and nothing was too much trouble for him. The service your company provided was amazing and I will definitely be recommending Kings Norton Coaches to friends and family. Thanks again for helping to make my Hen Party a memorable day."

"An excellent day trip to Weston Super Mare yesterday with Steve, our brilliant driver. He looked extremely smart and his friendly professionalism ensured everything went to plan and on time. The coach was clean and tidy and Steve ensured everyone was happy with the temperature. We were extremely blessed with sunny weather, cant credit Steve with that but I am sure he would have done it if he could!! Looking forward to the next trip with KN coaches."

"Me and my daughter went on the Original Cotswolds Excursion yesterday, 16th May, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver Chris was well presented, polite and helpful. all the passengers loved him especially a guy called Cliff, aged 91, who is a regular traveller with you and knew the driver quite well. He kept the coach really clean and tidy and was cleaning it when we got back to the coach for our journey home. Chris is an asset to your company and we will be travelling with you again soon. "just wanted to say, thank you for the service you provided for Church Airport transfers. It made such a difference to know that we did not have to worry about that part of the journey. The booking process was swift and you were responsive and accomadating. The drivers were pleasant, polite and helpful. The coach was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely use you again should the need arise, and recommend your services."

"Prior to the journey we had lots of questions and everybody at Kings Norton Coaches that we spoke to was so helpful and friendly. On the day the driver turned up in plenty of time and was lovely to everyone! The coach was very clean and both the outgoing trip and return went without a hitch. Thank you."
