"I booked a coach to take my family and friend to a black tie evening in Kings Heath, Birmingham, Steve the driver was excellent, he called me a couple of days before to go over the details of the pickups and drop offs. The coach was very clean and well looked after. I think that the service you get from Kings Norton Coaches is of the highest stranded. Thanks to Steve our driver for looking after us so well. I will be using them again in the future."

"THE JOURNEY WENT VERY SMOOTHLY, ONLY 3 HOURS INCLUDING A BREAK TO GET TO WINCHESTER. THE DRIVER, PETE, WAS GREAT AND HIS DRIVING IS EXCELLENT. THE COACH WAS VERY CLEAN AND IT WAS A VERY COMFORTABLE JOURNEY"

"Our driver was on time, and very helpful to our residents, my staff informed me that at no point did they feel rushed, and said to my staff and residents to enjoy their day Not forgetting the girls who booked our coach for me. First class service. the coach was lovely and clean, and looking forward to our next trip. Please thank your driver for his kindness towards my residents, it is very much appreciated "

"We recently hired a minibus from Kings Norton Coaches for a day out at Uttoxeter Races. The minibus arrived at the departure point early, and the driver sent us a text message introducing himself. The minibus was clean and comfortable and the driver (Steve) was very accommodating to our requests (toilet breaks etc). He dropped us off right by the course entrance and picked us up an hour earlier than the requested pick up time, from the same point, at our request. We have used Kings Norton Coaches many, many times in the past as the drivers are always very friendly, the vehicles are clean and comfortable and the service is always very reliable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company."
