"I visited Hay-on-wye and Oak Church Farm shop. Journey was fantastic beautiful scenery all the way there and back and the sun made an appearance. Comfort break made for a passenger and we all availed ourselves. Coach was comfy and very clean rubbish bags provided as usual. Driver Steve was spotless and very smart in his Kingsnorton shirt etc and really helpful and pleasant as always. Great day had by all."

"The journey was good and the driver’s appearance was good and he was very helpful. The coach was clean and comfortable. On the journey coming back a road was closed and so we had to go another way. He explained this to us and stopped on the way for a toilet break. Five stars are certainly deserved."

"Had a lovely day out to Weston Super Mare on the 22nd of August. Driver was very helpful & a bit of a comedian which got everyone laughing. He dropped us off near at a good point & picked us up on time. Coach was very comfortable & clean all at a very good price. I would definitely recommend Kings Norton coaches to everyone & im sure we will be back in the future for other trips. Thank you for a your very good service."
