"We had a wonderful trip with a coach full of Girlguides. Our driver Pete couldn't have been more helpful. He arrived early and helpfully took us to the services both directions. He was very knowledgeable about Warner Bros Studios, and helped us collect the tickets. Thanks to him the journey was smooth and comfortable. The booking staff were also very accommodating when we changed our coach size due to having more participants."

"Drivers were very smart, attentive and nothing was to much trouble. The vehicle was spotless and the whole day went to plan. Office team managed the booking very professionally."

"It is amazing the difference an excellent driver with a great personality and driving skills and people skills makes to a coach trip. Pete has a great talent for putting people at ease and having complete confidence in his outstanding driving abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit on Wednesday, 2nd October, to Canons Ashby. This National Trust property is so interesting and full of wonderful things, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The day could not have been better. I do hope a return trip can by arranged. Thank you to EVERYONE at Kings Norton Coaches for the wonderful, happy visits to all National Trust places – memories are so precious. Thank you everyone who made this a truly happy day."

"I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we (my pupils, staff and I) had on our day trip to London on Tuesday 1st October. This was greatly attributed to our coach driver, Pete. He was calm and cheerful throughout our journeys, made longer due to accidents on M40, and heavy downpours and thunderstorms in London."

"Firstly, I have only rated 5 starts due to the fact that there were no more to rate. I have personally arranged many of trips and outings in my line of work and I have honestly got to say, the service from the time of our booking was outstanding!! but I feel more importantly, Our driver 'Joe' was absolutely amazing, he drove us in a comfortable coach to Blackpool for our over night stay, he was punctual and professional at all times, furthermore to that, considering the cliental that we were travelling with and there specific needs, Joe adapted himself around them, Joe was extremely helpful and showed continuous care and compassion towards everyone involved in our trip, in our groups opinion Joe was the best coach driver ever!! Joe went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was safe, and comfortably seated before any journeys began, Joe's positive attitude and professionalism was second to none. Joe took the time in speaking with our people and showed them the upmost respect which stood out to my staff team as due to the peoples needs that is something that doesn't usually happen, as unfortunately our community seem to judge specific needs far to quickly. Joe was gain to join in with the banter and completely went the extra mile. In the future when we are planning any other outings we will definitely be booking with you guys again and be requesting Joe as our driver - if he is not available then I hope and I'm sure your other drivers will be as much as a credit to your company as Joe was. Thanks again! to your team and Joe for the excellent service."
