"The journey was excellent. The driver was very helpful and had a tidy appearance. The coach was really nice and I was pleasantly surprised at the leather seats."

"we had a good journey to and from London. Steve was happy to stop when we asked and dropped us right outside the venue. When we returned he was ready and waiting for us. the vehicle was in good condition and was comfortable for all of us."

"The coach was clean and comfortable. But our driver Pete was fabulous. Very friendly, very helpful and did whatever he could to make our journey easier for us with so many children. Would recommend Pete as a driver!"

"I have used Kings Norton Coaches several times now. The journeys went well and to expected timings. the drivers were smart and helpful. The Coach was always comfortable and clean. I would give this company fill marks and I am using them again."

"The vehicle was clean and comfortable and a good size for our party. Some staff decided to work and had enough space to be independent of colleagues. The driver was very polite and friendly and patient with that M6 traffic! We would certainly use Kings Norton Coaches again and thank them for their good customer care from booking through to journey."

"We had a wonderful trip with a coach full of Girlguides. Our driver Pete couldn't have been more helpful. He arrived early and helpfully took us to the services both directions. He was very knowledgeable about Warner Bros Studios, and helped us collect the tickets. Thanks to him the journey was smooth and comfortable. The booking staff were also very accommodating when we changed our coach size due to having more participants."
