"Journeys are always good (comfort stops as necessary), pick up punctual (and concern shown if booked passengers dont turn up), coaches are clean and comfortable . Drivers are always smartly dressed (do like the smart uniform, does the company proud), always cheerful and helpful. If ever there's a problem it gets sorted on the day, even going above and beyond at times. Booking is very easy, always service with consideration and empathy for any medical /health issues. Whole team are great and its a pleasure to travel with KingsNorton Coaches. Always look forward to receiving the first brochure of the year and planning future trips out."

"we do a lot of trips with this coach company they are amazing coaches are clean and comfortable. The people are nice and friendly nothing is to much for anyone its like a little family group with all the regulars that keep in touch on and off the trips and lots of daytrip choice local to many miles away keep up the good work"

"Fantastic day out at Harrogate. Coach trip was brilliant. Really comfortable. Steve the driver want a top bloke. Really helpfull with everyone on board. Nothing was a problem. Really clean comfortable Coach. Will definitely be booking again. Cheers steve mate."

"The journey was great, everything was smooth, we were running on time and we stopped for breaks which was brilliant. Our driver Steve was superb, he was very friendly and helpful and kept us upto date throughout the day with everything we needed to know. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and a pleasure to travel in."

"Very well. The driver arrived in good time for both departure and return. He was polite and helpful. The interior of the coach was fine. (One passenger complained of it being too hot inside.)"
