"Had a lovely day out on Kings Norton Coaches. The coach picked me up on time and the coach was clean and really comfortable. I can't rate the driver high enough.. Apart from being a good driver he was cheerful and kind and helpful to everyone. I would recommend Kings Norton coaches to anyone thinking of going on a daytrip and I shall definitely be going on more daytrips myself."

"The journey was great and the driver Mick was very helpful. And the coach they used was very clean and comfortable. Also the comfort stop was long enough not to feel rushed but not too long. A great experience all round."

"Or driver Pete, oozes and radiates professionism in dress, manner, and confidence in the way he manages in changing situations. His driving, in particuar is exemplary manifested by the fact that he has excellet forward vision allowing him to give smooth travel avoiding the use of harsh braking. His pleasant manner and sence of humour typical of a black country person ,coupled with empathy,embodies the obvious high stndard of his employer. The vehicle was clean, tidy , and gave no concerns on any aspect of safety. A very pleasant day out."

"We booked Kings Norton Coaches to take a group to Zip World in North Wales and we were really pleased with the whole experience. The coach company was friendly and efficient when we booked, and Pete, the driver, was great, arriving in good time and giving us options on when and where to stop en route. The coach was also clean and comfortable, and well-driven. We would definitely use them again."

"Very well organised, pleasant knowledgable driver, looked and acted very professionally.. the journey was lovely, timed great. Vehicle as great, warm and comfortable. Look forward to. Next trip in a couple weeks and will be increasing the number of trips next year."
