"The journey was smooth and comfortable. Took the time expected with a mid travel break. The driver Steve, was professional but friendly. Smartly dressed and very clean. The only downside was that the toilet wasn’t in use. It didn’t hinder the experience, but we did have to queue for some time before boarding for our return journey as we new it wasn’t an option. We will definitely be using Kings Norton Coaches again and have already recommended the company to friends and family."

"Smooth, straightforward journey, first coach trip with toddler son and he has already requested to go again. Driver Steve was great, approachable if needed. The vehicle was very clean and comfy. Will 100% use them on our next trip and recommend to anyone."

"Steve was perfect this trip for me and my son was for my birthday tomorrow. And Steve made us feel so safe and comfortable my son loved him and the drive and I felt so looked after as it was my first time out of Birmingham just us two I was very nervous but felt so happy when we came home that it was so perfect"

"At quite late notice we needed a small minibus to transfer a wedding party to Malvern, booking proved simple and our Driver graham was excellent. Taking us to the Wedding and returning from the reception was a breeze and the driver was patient and courteous,, would recommend KNC"

"Very good journey from Weston super Mare yesterday. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Coach seating was planned out perfectly well for social distancing, masks worn (also by driver) hand sanitizer in use. Careful & friendly driver. Very good company."
