His driving, in particuar is exemplary manifested by the fact that he has excellet forward vision allowing him to give smooth travel avoiding the use of harsh braking. His pleasant manner and sence of humour typical of a black country person ,coupled with empathy,embodies the obvious high stndard of his employer. The vehicle was clean, tidy , and gave no concerns on any aspect of safety. A very pleasant day out."

"We booked Kings Norton Coaches to take a group to Zip World in North Wales and we were really pleased with the whole experience. The coach company was friendly and efficient when we booked, and Pete, the driver, was great, arriving in good time and giving us options on when and where to stop en route. The coach was also clean and comfortable, and well-driven. We would definitely use them again."
