"There were unavoidable delays due to a police incident on the motorway and then diversion down minor roads. The driver was very mindful of elder passenger toilet requirements and was pleasant and friendly during the whole trip, even though the journey must have been really frustrating for him,especially when it made our arrival later than planned. The vehicle was clean and comfortable."
