Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. For those of you who already use our services, thank you for your continued custom, for those of you who haven’t used us before, why not give us a go and see what you are missing out on.
We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.

"The main complaint is the hours spent on the coach, over 12 hours ,we only had 5 hours at Swanage. I appreciate that the traffic was heavy in places which was none of your fault. We had to wait so long for the ferry on a very hot and tiring day, i think most of us just wanted to head for home. i think we just picked the wrong day, also had to wait for a change over driver on the outward journey and had no idea we had to divert off to Newbury to pick up more people. In short too long day in the heat, spoilt my day out, will not be booking again on days out. i went to Swanage last Wednesday, no complaints of driver."

"The bus was easy to find and arrived punctually for our guests. We used their services to take our guests to and from our wedding venue in the cotswolds. The bus was lovely and everyone was very comfortable. I only put 4 stars as we had paid for hot drinks (tea & coffee) and it was not served onboard."

"The journey was very good The coach was fantastic clan and tidy and very comfortable The driver gave very clear instructions on safety but unfortunately did come across a bit rude to customers, I did have many commenting to me on his attitude, I would prefer not to have him drive us again as all the others we have had have been fabulous x"

"Vehicles are great and drivers friendly. However, the routes were questionable meaning the two separate journeys took way longer than they should. We matched the route with the ones we got from various reliable apps/sources and they clearly differed a lot."

"Driver on time, helpful. In retrospect we should have taken the M4 M25 M1 route as the cross country route was awful, loads of potholes, bendy roads etc. Not dropped off in coach park ...nearly ten minute walk pulling suitcases to terminal from drop off."
