Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. For those of you who already use our services, thank you for your continued custom, for those of you who haven’t used us before, why not give us a go and see what you are missing out on.
We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.
We always offer an exceptional service and can offer you some amazing deals on coach hire! "The driver was very friendly and helpful, and the coach comfortable. We were very happy with our experience, the only criticism being that the toilet was not clean, so not pleasant to use."

"The minibus drivers on both occasions were very friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. The minibuses were very comfortable and smart. My only comment is to ask your drivers to switch the engine off and not idle when arriving early or waiting for people to return to the minibus. I assume you have a policy to do this, as it's illegal to idle, but I didn't want to criticise the driver so didn't say anything directly, I just mentioned that we would be a while so he could switch off if he wanted to. Thank you"

"The coach arrived outside the wrong building and the driver was not particularly helpful e.g. pulled off with no warning and didn't check if everyone was on board (they weren't). However the coach was clean, comfortable and on time, and the journey was smooth. They were able to accommodate a last minute change to the itinerary which was much appreciated."

"The journey was smooth, the driver was informative, and friendly he was well mannered smart and tidy. The vehicle was clean tidy and comfortable, Even when there was a slight delay waiting to come home that was no issue we were kept informed and the driver seemed fine about it and understood. The whole day went okay and I would definitely use Cheryl's coach trips and Barnes coaches again, overall wonderful experience. Would like to see more trips and verity"

"Traffic caused delays and we had to be dropped further from our destination than we would have liked. Our driver was excellent: very helpful and friendly. He even treated us to a guided tour through central London on our way home, which the students enjoyed. Thank you!"

"All went smoothly and driver was polite and helpful. Coach arrived right on departure time. It would have been nice if it had arrived 10-15 minutes before so we could get people on coach and ticked off before the departure time"

"The coach was on time, the driver on our return journey was very friendly and helpful. The coach was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our party. We had a party of 12 and were expecting a minibus which seated 19. On both our outward and return journeys to the airport, we were given a 52 seater coach! Plenty of room but probably not great for the fuel and environment!"

"Hi, thank you for your review. This quite often happens with airport runs as if we have coaches coming back empty past airports anyway it makes sense to use these so it is often more environmentally friendly!"

"Driver very accommodating when asked to drive a little slower over very bumpy roads (and couple of very nervous passengers). Coach was very clean and comfortable"
