"Journey was good, everyone picked up as planned, nice comfort break along the way and arrived in good time at Ascott House. This was a lovely venue too. Steve the driver discussed with us all the leaving time, and we mutually agreed the timings. The coach was clean and comfortable and Steve was a courteous caring driver, nothing too much trouble. I recommend the company and do so friends and neighbours and will continue to book trips with them. A big thank you to KNC and the staff."

"My friends and I have only recently started to use your coach trips and so far we are very impressed with the service and have more trips booked. Steve our driver couldn't have been more helpful and very pleasant. Looking forward to the next one."

"the journey was well planned . our driver was very informative about do,s and dont,s on the coach. the coach was very clean . we always use kings norton for our trip to cheltenham races, and will re booking for 2027. thankyou KNC"

"Communication with the company in the planning of our trip was excellent. The driver arrived early at our exact pick up point and was dressed smartly and very was very helpful. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and the driver supplied us with rubbish bags to ensure that it remained that way. Really good service from Kings Norton Coaches all round."

"Belated post regarding super trip to Waddeston Manor. As always collected as advised and on time. Driver magnificently dressed in Xmas attire, expertly negotiated journey to our destination. The house was superbly decorated (all trees had as different theme) and Xmas stalls outside, although expensive, gave a lovely ambiance. Delayed return for light show, which was free, was the icing on the cake. The use of a wheelchair assisted the experience for us. Safe journey home. Excellent day all round.coach itself was cosy throughout and the driver was courteous in asking if this was the case. Thanks, will be booking again soon."

"We went on a day trip to Bath on the 3rd December, the journey there and back was first class. Our drivers Mick and Peter were just fantastic, both were clean and smartly dressed and we're just really up for a good laugh keeping us thoroughly entertained on both journeys. The coach itself was spotlessly clean and tidy. Couldn't have gone with a better company and would not hesitate to recommend."

"Saturday 22nd November We did a Day trip to London for primarily attending the Elvis Evolution experience which arranged independently .However we also have a good amount of spare time to spend in London itself as the Driver Pete made great time arriving in London and we also had time to spend early evening as the return was 6pm .We had a Brilliant day out,and are looking forward to booking trips for 2026."
