"Everything about our trip yesterday to Chester Christmas market was brilliant, from the moment the coach pulled up (bang on time).The driver (Peter) was amazing, pleasant and helpful, and that continued all day. The coach itself was spotless, warm and very comfortable. Would certainly book with Kings Norton again."

"Excellent, on time, good value, friendly drivers, . Coaches very clean and comfortable , bags for rubbish alternate seats within easy reach . If they do make an error they do everything humanly possible to correct it and make things right.. Been 5 times and pick ups very convenient wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . Looking forward to our next adventure. Easy to book and excellent communication . ."

"The journey was a pleasant one, Pete the driver was exceptional, helpful, courteous and informative. The coach itself was clean, tidy and comfortable. I won't hesitate in booking again."

"Excellent trip. Really enjoy our trips to National Trust venues. Driver polite, friendly and helpful. Vehicle was comfortable. Would like seat pockets to put items in. Seats belts are very hard to pull out but driver offers assistance if needed."

"The journey was fine, coach turned up in plenty of time, and we arrived with time to spare at our destination. The driver was friendly. The coach itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely use Kings Norton coaches again if we needed."
