"Journey went well. Driver Pete was smart and efficient However the vehicle was not that comfortable especially for older people. Seats were narrow and uncomfortable ."

"Thank you Beryl for your review. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the seats on the vehicle. We have had no oher complaints in regards to the seats on this particular vehicle. The 25 seater coach that you travelled on is one of the newer vehicles on the fleet and has had positive comments in the past about how comfortable the vehicle is to travel on. We used this vehicle on this excursion as numbers were low so to avoid cancelling the trip and letting our customers down we operated the trip in the smaller vehicle. It's not very often we do this as normally we tend to fill a full size coach on our day tours but on this occasion for this trip proved not be so poular. Hope this doesn't put you off travelling with us and look forward to you joining us again on a future day tour :-)"

"The journey went well on the whole, although we were a bit confused when the driver took us down a busy high street instead of skirting round it, causing a long delay. The driver was polite and friendly, though. I got a bit confused about when to pay the balance--I paid a deposit and thought I'd be able to pay the rest after the journey or at point of service, but then the company rang me repeatedly the morning of the journey for payment. As it was my wedding morning, this was a bit stressful and disruptive, and I feel it could have been avoided. Still, good service overall! I would recommend them."

"The coach arrived very promptly and went to our destination, then picked us up as arranged.The driver was very friendly and helpful to our less able passengers. My only concern was the difficulty I had using my seat belt. As we had already set off, I didn't want to distract the driver by telling him about it, so moved to another seat.On the return journey my friend also had a problem with her seat belt( a different seat) Perhaps all the seat belts ought to be checked on that coach.. ."

"Thank you for your review, we will make sure our mechanic has a look at all the seat belts on the vehicle concerned .The seat belts are checked before the coach leaves the yard ,this is part of the walk around check everyday . Thank you for letting us know though, we will make sure that the driver tells the passengers to approach him with any difficulties with the belts in future before he leaves. We do appreciate the feedback from our customers to help us run our company smoothly and efficiently."
