"I have no issues with the journey or driver, the coaches are clean l know quite a few passengers are not keen with the coach with toilet at the back and l have been on that coach twice when it has broken down! Some trip’s do not justify a 5 hour stay, on the whole very enjoyable."

"I have travelled with K.N.C for some time now. They have lots of pickups, just look at the brochure The trips are varied and interesting. Coaches comfortable and the drivers friendly and helpful. If you don't drive anymore or just need a day without the car, this is a lovely way to get out and meet people and have some fresh air and a bit of exercise."

"Journeys are always good (comfort stops as necessary), pick up punctual (and concern shown if booked passengers dont turn up), coaches are clean and comfortable . Drivers are always smartly dressed (do like the smart uniform, does the company proud), always cheerful and helpful. If ever there's a problem it gets sorted on the day, even going above and beyond at times. Booking is very easy, always service with consideration and empathy for any medical /health issues. Whole team are great and its a pleasure to travel with KingsNorton Coaches. Always look forward to receiving the first brochure of the year and planning future trips out."

The people are nice and friendly nothing is to much for anyone its like a little family group with all the regulars that keep in touch on and off the trips and lots of daytrip choice local to many miles away keep up the good work"
