"He was great polite and very helpful vehicle was very clean he help people to get on and off I been 2 times and I would like to go again santa visit was wonderfull I up set as u not going next year it was my grandchildren 1st time had a great day out they really enjoyed it I am telling everyone about ur trips as I booking more trips with u we all thank a wonderful drIver he great thanks u all for a great day out"

"Lovely company have travelled with them several times, always on time, driver was great chap, cheerful, approachable, funny, coach was clean & comfortable. Really enjoyed our day out, with continue to travel with them"

"Driver was early both ways waited for a late passenger kind friendly helpful nothing was to much trouble coach was clean everything you would expect will use again very pleased"

"We were impressed with our driver Pete on our trip to Chester on 8/12/19.. He was punctual, helpful, and explained everything clearly. We had a very enjoyable trip and will be booking more next year ."

"Everything about our trip yesterday to Chester Christmas market was brilliant, from the moment the coach pulled up (bang on time).The driver (Peter) was amazing, pleasant and helpful, and that continued all day. The coach itself was spotless, warm and very comfortable. Would certainly book with Kings Norton again."

"Excellent, on time, good value, friendly drivers, . Coaches very clean and comfortable , bags for rubbish alternate seats within easy reach . If they do make an error they do everything humanly possible to correct it and make things right.. Been 5 times and pick ups very convenient wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . Looking forward to our next adventure. Easy to book and excellent communication . ."
