"Kings Norton coaches provided the travel to and from the airport for me and my family. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. "I would like to thank Steve and James at Kings Norton coaches for all their help my friend sue left her bag at service station on Saturday Steve phoned James to see if he could help James phoned Steve and he got the bag for sue I am real grateful for all that they did and they went above to get it back I so pleased for all thy done I thank you Mrs Taylor and sue Roden we had a great time thank you so much"

"Very pleasant driver and clean and comfortable coach. My friend and I have been on numerous day trips with Kings Norton Coaches over the years and this is the first one since the pandemic. It was a very pleasant journey and good to be on a day trip with you again."

"Our driver was Steve and he was very helpful did his best to get the coach air con working but unfortunately it wasn't to be but he did keep apologising which was all he could do considering it was one of the Den Caney coaches the company had just bought out. But the coach was really nice very comfortable and I noticed Steve was cleaning the insides of the windows while we were at the workhouse definitely a man who looks after his customers. the journey it self was uneventful apart from the usual hold ups, tractor in front, busy time with home goers. Thanks for a lovely day will certainly use Kings Norton Coaches again."
