"I just want to say thank you so much for a fantastic trip to Tower of London yesterday..your coach driver I think his name was Tom was amazing such a credit to your company he was so good and very informative and made sure we were all OK and was just so lovely... his driving was perfect and fair play to him driving through London... my husband and I would never have done a drive like that amd made us very happy relaxing and then having best day at the tower .. can you please say thankyou to the driver...look forward to our next trip thank you"

We did run a little over time on our trip but one call to Marek and problem solved. He got us back to school on time.
