"Thatcham U3A had an excellent trip to Mottisfont Abbey Garden, House and Estate yesterday. Our driver, Keith, took us a scenic route which all my passengers enjoyed and we got there in very good time avoiding all the traffic. He was polite and friendly and as usual the coach was clean and comfortable. We also had a good journey home. Thank you Keith."

"Unfortunately our coach arrived to collect us 15 minutes late without a valid reason. This made us late to our event and other school and instructors were waiting patiently for our arrival."

"The journey was efficient and straightforward with a friendly, well presented driver. When cut up by another vehicle, he responded calmly and acted professionally throughout. He gave us a number so that when we left he was ready and waiting. One of the group did find a sandwich trapped behind a tray table but apart from this the coach was very clean."

"Used Barnes as a very last minute booking for wedding transport. Booking & information was clear & easy, as well as a fantastic price. The highlight of this booking however was our driver, Phill. Extremely helpful, friendly & timely. Most of all, when he realised the coach would not fit down the road to our accommodation & that in the evening we’d have to walk in the dark for 30 mins; he instead got a smaller vehicle & did two trips for us. Excellent service & very kinda. Would absolutely use Barnes again."

"The timing was perfect. We arrived at the Houses of Parliament with enough time to have a snack before our allocated slot and when we left, our fantastic bus driver was waiting for us. He was very friendly and professional both on the way there and on the way back and looked after us all very well. The bus was perfect, very clean and comfortable and was a great day out, made better by having such a good journey."

"The quality of the coach was excellent as it was brand new. The driver was helpful. We needed 2 coaches and the first one stayed in the area so was easy to get to at the end of the day. However, we were unsure where the second coach was so had to wait with one class which was not very easy and could have been safer. The children had to cross a busy road to get to the second coach - it would have been better if the coach had been waiting in a safer area."

"An excellent experience. I collected several quotes for coach hire, some were lower in price but I went with reliability and experience and was not disappointed. Taking my family to Brighton for the day, safety was my top priority and there were no issues during our trip. Our coach arrived on time, the coach looked immaculate and our driver was outgoing and friendly. The interior of our coach was clean, had seat belts, air conditioning and rake-back seats. We left on time and arrived back on time. A first class service."
