"The trip to wales was a very special 29/08/20. and the getting their was. Fabulous. I be going on more trips. Got isle Wight coming up. And my holiday to Ireland in October. Highly recommend Barnes. I’m looking forward to liverpool fc trip once I come back from my hoilday. Barnes is a fantastic company. I. Like getting out and about. It’s good for your health."

"On my third day trip with Barnes since the lock down. I have been so pleased with every one. Drivers pleasant,smart and helpful. Coaches were immaculately clean and comfortable. Social distancing, masks and hand sanitizing all perfectly in place. Cant wait for next day trip in September and probably many more."

"Had a fantastic day out to Sidmouth beautiful weather. Love going on barnes trips. Done 11 so far since lock down. We'll worth going with them. I would not go else where. For my trips. Pick up at home and drop you off again at home. Only 3 more trips booked than its Ireland in October 11th can't wait."

"I’m sorry but my last review was not right. I was upset at the time. Trip to Bognor was a surprise. All trips are worth doing and hoildays. Can’t wait for another one."

"Went to Bognor on the retro day. Was okay. But I like of gone to Brighton would of been better. Can’t compline about that. Did not like that kid was making as I was getting upset. Could do a thing about it."

"Journey was very smooth, the driver very smart, cheerful and was very helpfull, clear instructions given on covid procedures, coach was clean and very comfortable Also prompt picking and dropping of will definitely use on a regular basis"

"I love going on holiday with Barnes, we’ve never had a bad time yet! Coaches are lovely, clean and comfortable, drivers always friendly and polite. Pick up at home is brilliant, we’re unlucky that we are just outside free pick up area, but still feel it’s worth the £20 extra. Only once had a hotel we weren’t too happy with, but that’s out of 10!"

"Thursday 13th day trip to London zoo Over all the journey was very bumpy and uncomfortable the driver kept braking like he wasn’t playing attention and all over the place on the motorway, over the solid white Rumble line to the left and the next lane on the right. The driver himself was very pleasant and well dressed however could have been more professional when giving the safety speech and on the return journey done up his top 2 buttons and put on his tie. Finally the coach was very clean and fresh however the arm rests on the aisle seats pinch in whatever position you put them in and feel like the seats are made for children rather than all shapes and sized adults and something on the coach was squeaking constantly towards the rear of the centre. Also the driver told us as we got off that he would be picking us up at the same location or near to there but instead he has parked in a different location and sent one of the passengers (all be it Barnes Staff) to collect us on foot and walk us to the coach. One of the other passengers obviously struggled to walk the distance as was out of breath and had to stop during the walk on multiple occasions. This was our first time travelling with Barnes we will try it again but if we have the same treatment again that will be our final time which will be a shame as we’ve heard such great things"

"We went on a trip to poole yesterday. Coach was on time, inside spotless as usual and driver lovely. Smart, friendly and masked. Handgel offered to all and everyone spaced out safely. Felt totally safe and looked after. Lovely journey there and back. Have travelled with Barnes for years and would never use another company."
