"Under Loch and Quay Holiday...... Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. Barry our driver was so considerate, never of duty and had obviously researched the whole area in depth. His knowledge exceeding any guide book. The hotel was 5 star in my book. The food was excellent. The included tours were top class and altogether I considered this holiday was extremely good value for money. My sister in law from Australia was so impressed that she wants to come over to England again next year just so that we can go with Barnes again.... maybe to Ireland! Thank you!"

"Journey fine and all well Both drivers polite and smart Driver on way to Gatwick smoking as he took cases out all over under 18’s age group, not good. Office staff helpful, but I think you should send a reminder note/ email day before travel either end of a trip. It would be a useful help. Return trip there was no driver to meet us No note to say where he was I had to ring the out of hours number when I was met with a sarcastic and terse person He didn’t know where the driver was either, but gave me the drivers mobile We couldn’t see the coach when we got to the coach park area as it wasn’t marked Newbury RFC, but rather Swindon Town FC Both coaches were immaculate I would expect more from Barnes, I must say You need a little more customer service As there is s feeling you are a little behind times, if you don’t mind me saying “My sat nav doesn’t do traffic updates” Quote Steve on the way back I trust that this helps and you will move forwards"

"The trip to Matlock Illuminations was great, picked up by feeder from Newbury on time, met the main bus in Swindon our first stop Stratford upon Avon was lovely plenty of time to look around and have a bite onto our hotel which was very nice and perfectly situated for Matlock, the meal was beautiful, the evening was great which included fireworks. The buffet breakfast was also good, the hotel was clean all staff helpful. Sunday plenty of time shopping at the Bullring, Paul the driver was helpful throughout the trip and his vehicle clean and very comfortable."
