"Barnes have always proved reliable in the past and we will always use in the future.Our first driver, Barry, was very punctual and helpful. Our second driver, Phil, was very knowledgeable and provided information as we drove along. He is also very helpful. Our last driver, who took our party to Heathrow was also punctual and helpful, although I did not take the trip myself. We will certainly always be seeking Barnes for future outings!"

They were flexible when our timing got put out on the return journies. Our wedding guests said the coach was amazing and even specifically told us how great the driver was. "Charlie was our driver for our coach trip to Blenheim Palace. He arrived on time and skilfully manoeuvred the coach through the narrow roads of our village. He had some helpful advice on our arrival at Blenheim as he had been there recently. The coach was like new, clean and comfortable."

"Where do I begin? I had booked one of your fabulous minibuses to take me to the airport recently. The driver I believe was called Will (to the airport) was calm and drove quite well. He arrived to pick me up early and this resulted with me spending more time at the airport able to have a drink before my flight. My return journey was just as amazing as the first. Unfortunately my flight was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances within Europe that caused a knock on effect for domestic flights, Mick was fantastic upon arrival and the fact I was able to communicate directly with the driver at 11pm was magnificent. I would highly recommend you and your company for the simple ease you gave me. "Colin our coach driver was very pleasant & helpful at all times. We were not impressed with the Fishguard Bay Hotel,The most of the staff were very helpful & pleasant,but the rooms were very shabby & were not serviced as well as they should have been,on two days my bed was not remade as it needed ( the bottom sheet had not even been straightened and was just as I untidy as when I left it in the morning as were the pillows,& the carpet was not brushed or vaccuumed the whole time we were there. "this day trip was a disaster, which was not only due to the weather, we left Newbury late just before 11am.There was no chance of getting the 11:30 ferry. We had booked the Isle of Wight by Hovercraft, not Gunwharfe Quay, not Dockyard or the Spinnaker Tower, which was part of the reason which made us late for the ferry, where we were booked for a 11:30 ferry, we arrived at 12:30 we were told our ferry was not until 13:45, and were told the return Ferry was 16:30 which meant being there for 16:15 . Which only gave us just over 2 hours on the island which did not give us a lot of time to look around the Island and as it was our first time, there just was not enough time to explore"

As ever, the coach arrived on time for our trip to Goodwood, and as ever, the driver was "above and beyond" the call of duty, helping load and unload all the picnic requisites, food, drink and shelter. Happily this year the shelter provided respite from the sun, not the deluge of 2017."
