"Good journey but too long for me (Sidmouth). Seats a little uncomfortable for me (seat 31). Could do without constant music radio. However, overall very good. Coach on time, clean, friendly helpful drivers. Considering booking another (shorter!) trip."

"The journey itself was good. The driver was first class, most friendly and gave us a feeling of professionalism from the start of the trip. The vehicle was clean, but the restricted leg room a distinct disadvantage. We would not think of taking a trip to anywhere more than an hour away (ie two hours travelling on the coach)."

"Journey was fine nice driver who was friendly and well presented. Coach was clean but wasn't as comfortable as might be expected of an executive coach and it didn't have the look of an executive coach."

"The journey went very well and we arrived back at a reasonable time..The driver was friendly and helpful and also neatly dressed.I use a stick and was very pleased that he gave me a hand off the coach. The coach was a also very clean and comfortable. All in all,it was a very pleasant day out and I am looking forward to my next trip"

"Journey was good apart from not being able to turn off heater, made onwards journey quite uncomfortable and nausea making Driver was great, apologetic and trying to do everything he could in a vehicle he was unfamiliar with The coach was not as good quality as the normal KNclean, but seats had little knee space or movement space if seat infront wasnt in upright (although they dont go upright lol) position, luckily my neighbour didnt mind not lounging backwards"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Southwell. Coach was on time, and comfortable. Driver was friendly, I don’t drive and using a coach to get to places that aren’t easily accessible by public transport is just fantastic. I’ll use them again."
