"We had a pleasant journey to Treacle Market with a friendly and accommodating driver. The coach was comfortable and temperature was adjusted accordingly by the driver."

"Prompt pick up, polite and courteous driver full of humour and very sociable. Very helpful to all passengers not just myself. Vehicle temperature was fine for me, others were cold but once the heating was on they were satisfied and I was just super toasty , but no complaints. KNC can't be faulted as far as I'm concerned, always go the extra mile (lol and that doesn't mean they went down the wrong route )"

"Went too Treacle Mkt with Steve K it was brilliant day. Plenty of time there and services stop there and back. Steve K was smartly dressed and good humoured and obliging to passengers. Recommend this trip."

"Had a very pleasant trip yesterday. The driver was very helpful and informative. I found getting on and off the coach was straightforward. Plenty of handrails to hold on to. Also nice coach and spotless."

"Most enjoyable trip. All very positive. The seat belt was a little too tight and there was limited leg room. On reflection perhaps I should have moved across to the aisle seat."

"The service was fantastic. Our driver was on time for both journeys and waited for us at the airport when our plane was delayed. Driver was friendly and helpful and coach was clean and comfortable"

"Journey was excellent. Driver is always very pleasant, dressed smartly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, though sadly coach lacks table trays for hot drinks."

"I visited Hay-on-wye and Oak Church Farm shop. Journey was fantastic beautiful scenery all the way there and back and the sun made an appearance. Comfort break made for a passenger and we all availed ourselves. Coach was comfy and very clean rubbish bags provided as usual. Driver Steve was spotless and very smart in his Kingsnorton shirt etc and really helpful and pleasant as always. Great day had by all."
