"The journey was fine, coach turned up in plenty of time, and we arrived with time to spare at our destination. The driver was friendly. The coach itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely use Kings Norton coaches again if we needed."

"Excellent trip to bath Christmas market. Coached arrived on time, friendly helpful driver and clean coach. On return home driver was waiting for us at pick up point. A great day out"

"Journey went well. Driver Pete was smart and efficient However the vehicle was not that comfortable especially for older people. Seats were narrow and uncomfortable ."

"Thank you Beryl for your review. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the seats on the vehicle. We have had no oher complaints in regards to the seats on this particular vehicle. The 25 seater coach that you travelled on is one of the newer vehicles on the fleet and has had positive comments in the past about how comfortable the vehicle is to travel on. We used this vehicle on this excursion as numbers were low so to avoid cancelling the trip and letting our customers down we operated the trip in the smaller vehicle. It's not very often we do this as normally we tend to fill a full size coach on our day tours but on this occasion for this trip proved not be so poular. Hope this doesn't put you off travelling with us and look forward to you joining us again on a future day tour :-)"

"Fantastic it was a shock ending up in Coventry but it was fab meal very good I at to larf my friends come to visit me and I brought them the tickets they come from Coventry ha ha ha ha but they thought it was great to steve the coach driver is a true gentleman he is great well done to him a great lad one of the best the vehicle was good to clean Christmas lights well done to Steve again I am looking forward to travelling with you again well done to lin she found the place bless her martin"
