"5 out of 5 -Pete (Driver) is always pleasant keeps you fully informed & is attentive to passengers needs -some traffic problems but out of Petes control -only slight problem the loo in the coach was locked -however we didn't alert him!"

"we were a group of 4 ladies and all agree that everything was superb..the driver couldnt do enough for everyone and the coach was so comfy.we use kings norton coaches quite a bit and must admit they are our favourite."

"Journey went with no traffic delays. It was amazing it went so quickly. Driver was very effecient, an excellent driver and very caring and helpful towards his passengers, in fact he went over and beyond his duties, as I noticed a lady with her arm in a sling, and he endeavoured to make sure her belt was on before travel. He was very smartly dressed. The coach was clean and comfortable."

"My friends and I have returned today from the Christmas from the Christmas Extravaganza in Norwich. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip, The journey was good , our driver Pete was smartly dressed and very efficient and helpful. The coach was clean and Pete kept it a a comfortable temperature for us telling us to let him know if we were too hot or cold."
