"The journey was very good driver was pleasant and helpful yesterday the coach was clean it was just the seat belts hard to pull they were stiff and tight"

"Just got back from a day trip to Powis Castle. Lovely journey, Pete was patient, good humoured and helpful with us elderly folk. The coach was spotless and very comfortable."

"Mini bus arrived on time, small ,comfortable and cosy , but adequately suited to the small number going to Spalding. Steve picked us up, and Pete took over the main journey both smart and with a smile despite the early start . Journey started off early, and even with two stops ( one to change drivers and one comfort break) we got there in plenty of time for the Flower festival parade to start. Day was a great success, parade, shopping outlet, museum , river walks, churches and wonderful weather . Planned to perfection and we even got a (if I remember this correctly) a farewell fly by from a B42/52? bomber (plane buffs can correct me lol) . Thoroughly recommend KNC for days out."

"Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kings Norton Coaches, our driver Steve was punctual, polite and positive throughout the day and demonstrated his skills making light work of what appeared to be a tricky parking situation at Dudley Sports F.C. "Usually on time for pick up. Safe pleasant journey. Drivers always smart & very helpful & friendly & considerate. Feel very safe with drivers. Passengers pleasant & friendly. Coaches clean & comfortable. Have used them for many trips for many many years. Would highly recommend."

"Short version: Exceptional and friendly service. If they can handle a big demanding Irish family, they can handle anything Long version: There are so many stressful things you encounter when you are planning a big Irish family's funeral, but, transportation with Kings Norton Coaches isn't one of those things. We were treated to exceptional and friendly service from the staff, and we were in the safest of hands throughout the 3 days. If you are lucky enough to have Pete as your driver, you will be able to experience the highest quality of service firsthand. Thank you, Kings Norton Coaches for taking the stress out of a devastating couple of days. You lightened the heavy load significantly."

"Arrived and left on time which was great, gave good info on journey times etc. Driver was very friendly and helpful, very professional. Coach was clean and comfy, only problem I had was that I asked when booking if I could sit with space in front of me as I had a toddler on my lap, there wasn’t much room and on previous trips the seats were roomier but it was a bigger coach. Overall, very good service and will definitely travel with company again."

"Picked up as planned and had a good journey, roads were clear ish and no hold ups despite it being a BH weekend. Coach was clean and comfortable and think we all appreciated the lap belt rather than having to do a 'tractor tyre' pull with the cross shoulder type lol. Steve is always courteous, considerate, sociable and immaculately dressed , proudly showing off the logo. No request was too much trouble and he was very supportive of those that needed a little bit extra help getting on and off the coach. Was a good day and the weather was on our side too. Can't fault the company at all."
