"I started travelling with Kings Norton Coaches after another Black Country coach firm changed ownership, and I have to say, I'm really glad I gave them a try! They feel like a proper family-run business that genuinely looks after its customers. The drivers are friendly, welcoming and make you feel at ease, which makes such a difference when you're travelling on a day trip. A special mention has to go to the driver I call the one with no teeth”. I don't know his name, but he's an absolute character and always makes me laugh! It's little things like that which make travelling with a company enjoyable. It's nice to find a coach company where you feel valued as a customer rather than just another booking. "Had a trip with KNC to Sandringham, long way but worth it. Lovely place and we were greeted witg lovely weatger too. Love the further afield trips. Cant thank Mick enough for looking after me as I became ill and he got the coach temperature just right and kept checking I was ok. Coach was comfortable and clean. Thoroughly recommend KNC to all and I look forward to my next trips."

"Just want to say what a wonderful trip yesterday with KNC, professional friendly driver, Steve, comfortable coach and an extra sneaked in so 3 for the price of 2. Matlock, Matlock Bath and Wirksworth. Matlock for the town and shopping, Matlock Bath for the bikers, seaside amusement atmosphere, Abraham Heights and the river walks, Wirksworth for Star Disc (well worth the cardiac exercise walk lol) and the beautiful church. Journey home avoided holdups to end a perfect day. Cant say more than a big Thank You to KNC"

"Lovely Trip. Driver Steve is friendly and gave us a safe and smooth journey of course. My travelling companion and I really enjoyed both venues but needed/wanted more time in both so KNC, if you do further trips, may we suggest that only one venue be offered at a time or each be offered as an alternative? We appreciated that as we were an earlier pick up (7.36) we weren’t one of the last drop offs."
