Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. For those of you who already use our services, thank you for your continued custom, for those of you who haven’t used us before, why not give us a go and see what you are missing out on.
We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.
We always offer an exceptional service and can offer you some amazing deals on coach hire! The safety of our passengers has always been of paramount importance and we have been vindicated in the pursuit of this goal as we were amongst one of only 11 founder members nationwide of the DVSA’s EARNED RECOGNITION scheme for coach operators.

"Everything was absolutely perfect. The driver was very professional and friendly with a very confident manner. We were unsure of the exact leaving time and this was accommodated very easily allowing us to enjoy our evening event. Other changes on our part were also accommodated by the staff atBarnes. Very satisfied by everything."

"I recently travelled with Wanderers Australia on a netball tour around the UK and France with my daughter. We spent the first few days with Jason and the final 10 days with Zac. Our tour had 30 teenage girls on board along with support staff, parents and family. Both drivers were amazing! They built rapport with everyone on the trip regardless of whether it was the teen girls or the adults. They were always more than willing to assist. Both coaches were clean, comfortable and very well presented. I highly recommend them!!"

"We had a minibus for the afternoon to do a two stop journey before returning home. The driver, Dave was there early and helped our passengers on board and could not have been more friendly and professional. The minibus was very comfortable and incredibly clean. Everything ran like clockwork and the service was exceptional. Organising the booking was also very easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barnes or use them again. Thank you for the great service."

"We travelled with Barnes Coaches for two weeks during a football tour. Robbie was absolutely amazing, no words can describe him and the value he has. The most respectful, intelligent, fun and overall an awesome coach driver ive ever had. Not only was the knowledge he displayed exceptional but the cleanliness on the bus each day, his driving and the efficiency he displayed is indescribable. I will recommend him to anyone looking to come to the UK as they are in extremely good hands. Hats off to you Robbie and the company for exceptional staff."

"We spent two weeks travelling through the UK on a Football tour. Robert and Neil were our coach drivers....absolutely amazing, going above and beyond for everyone. They always made time to talk to you and see how you were doing. They were great for a chat and many laughs. The coaches were always clean and tidy. If we returned again I would love to have Robert and Neil as our coaches drivers again..Thank you for making our trip a memorable and fun"

"What a great 14 days with Barnes coaches. Most people think that coaches are there to just get you round. These guys make you a part of their days and lives. Helpful information, good humour, professional driving, constant bus temperature change requests, nothing was a problem and everything was delivered with a smile and good manners. Rob and Neil thank you for being you and looking after our group as you did we all really appreciated it."

"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I joined the mini-bus at the wharf in Newbury & it was a straight run through to Leigh Delamare services where we were met by Sarah & the 52 seater coach, to continue the New Year break in Ilfracombe. I cannot praise Sarah enough her positivity, courteous & welcoming demeanour was amazing, she was so helpful & the coach was immaculate. Thank you Barnes I will definitely be returning especially if Sarah is our driver!"

"21st December 2022 The driver was on time and courteous. driving was good as could be on country roads and it was extremely foggy so hard to see in front of him. Coach was nice and clean and comfortable. I feel this driver went above and beyond on the return journey making sure every one got dropped off safely"
