"Just returned from Turkey and Tinsel at the Quorn Hotel Skegness , 5 out of 5 for the whole experience, journey there was not as good as our driver Pete had hoped traffic horrendous but otherwise very good, the coach as always with Barnes was spotless and well decorated for Christmas. The hotel was fantastic nothing too much trouble and excellent home cooked food. Hosts Baz and Lindsey were great can throughly recommend this trip. Thank you"

"The journey to Bournemouth took a lot longer than anticipated due to long queues due to road works everywhere . No fault of the driver Steve who kept us cheerful . He was great and very smart . Different driver to bring us home Neil who was also very cheerful and nothing too much trouble. The Coach was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely hire your coaches again."

"Whilst the journey was fine and the coach was clean and comfortable, there was a half an hour delay due to the previous school drop. We appreciate this cannot be helped but there was no flexibility to extend our pick up to compensate for our 30minute delay which was disappointing for children who had to cut short their activities."

"It was the first time we've been on a coach using the wheelchair lift. All went smoothly. Our driver Zac was very helpful, friendly and polite. Russell in the office was very helpful when booking our tickets. I would say that both of them went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I'm pleased to say that we have booked to see a theatre show already. And would highly recommend Barnes to any disabled person. No need to worry about anything. Fantastic service."
