"I had asked for the driver's mobile in advance and was told it would be given to me 2 days before. It was not. The coach was booked for 9.30 and the coach arrived at 9.35. I knew that our journey was complicated. So I had wanted to clarify the instructions with the driver in advance. There was clearly something wrong with the Satnav as we were first driven to the 3rd stopping place. We were then dropped at Destination 1. We then went to Destination 2. It was 3 miles to Destination 3. The Satnav took us on a roundtrip back to Destination 1., and we did not arrive at Destination 3 until 3.00, 45 minutes late. It was all very frustrating. Otherwise, driver was helpful, coach was comfortable and clean."

"If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. I took my under 14s football team to a tournament in Bruges along with a number of parents and siblings. There were two pick up points which was not an issue and from the moment we boarded I was filled with confidence that it would be plain sailing all the way. The coach was new and in immaculate condition which when we got to know our driver, Phil we could see why. Phil was imbeccably attired and so incredibly helpful. Throughout the 4 days we spent with Phil, he couldn’t do enough for us. At the end of trip, Phil was more than a driver, for many of us he became a friend who just happened to drive a coach. Already planning next year’s tour and without a shadow of doubt we will use Barnes Coaches as long as Phil is taking us there."
