"We have just returned from a 12 day trip to Portugal with 24 people and 16 dogs , part of Team GB for the Junior Open World Agility Champs. We were so lucky to have the BRILLIANT driver Jason to look after us and our dogs every day of the trip .amazing driver , fabulous coach with great air con , loads of space for our luggage . Loads of stops for our dogs . Jason made the whole experience enjoyable and we had lots of laughs along the way ! Comfy seats that recline and charging points for our phones . Hot water for tea & coffee ! Thank you Jason from Ruth , Amelia & Dennis the dog and thank you Barnes Coaches"

"I've travelled with Barnes for a number of years now and will continue to do so. Never had any problems at all until yesterday 15. 07. 25. a visit to Highclere Castle. It was only when we arrived the we found out that rucksacks weren't allowed in the grounds and no photography allowed inside the castle. Had I known this beforehand I could have made different arrangements. I carry my medication food and drink and walking stick in there. I had to leave it all at the gate. Most places like this do bag searches and you can take them in, no problem. I'm not blaming Barnes for this, it's something from Highclere, but a bit of nod to it in the itinery would be helpful. Apart from that it was a good day out as normal."

"The coach was a little late arriving. The driver was very apologetic and made good time on our journey. The air conditioning on the coach was amazing on a very hot day. The driver was very helpful in storing our band instruments and on arranging our pick up for the return journey."

"Jason drove us home from Blackpool on Friday. The only negative comment was that the driver didn't speak at all, not even to introduce himself. However we had a good run back to Swindon, the coach was very clean and comfortable."

"We set them quite a challenge! Again we asked for 2 coaches one departing early the other later in the day but returning together. Made more difficult this time by a 10 road run in the middle of London. Barnes sorted it and I'd especially like to thank Colin who looked after my disabled Mum on the later coach. Great service."

"Minibus booked to take 6 of us to southampton docks . Josh (i think ) was our driver for the trip to southampton . Early arrival to collect at first pick up point so onward journey very smooth. Pick up 5 days later for return Reynaldo was our driver. Again early for our pick up and again all in all very impressed Would definitely recommend Barnes and for sure use them again"

"Barrie drove us to Blackpool on Monday 7th July. M6 was awful but the driver notified us of all the hold ups prior to the delays. Barrie has excellent customer skills and a credit to Barnes. The coach was clean and comfortable. We will be using Barnes again"
