Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. For those of you who already use our services, thank you for your continued custom, for those of you who haven’t used us before, why not give us a go and see what you are missing out on.
We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.

"We were given a much bigger coach than we ordered which was unnecessary for the very small numbers in our party. The Driver was a lovely man - very professional and handled the large vehicle very well and negotiated the country lanes brilliantly. However, due to the size of the vehicle provided he could not make the last 100 yards to the Brewery and we had to walk down a smaller tarmac road. At the end of the Brewery tour it was very dark with no street lighting and had it not been for our personal phone torches it would have been very difficult to walk up this road. Had we been given the right size vehicle which we had ordered this would not have happened. Overall, we were pleased with the service we had from Barnes albeit the phone call the day before our event saying we had not paid (when we had paid two weeks before) caused us a slight panic and unnecessary time and phone calls to our treasurer."

"I like to use Barnes Coaches because they are dependable - always arriving on time, sociable - the drivers are always well turned out, pleasant and very helpful, and the vehicles are clean, warm and comfortable. We went on a volunteering day last week to Brean Down. There was 50+ in total, but only 25 on the coach. The journey was excellent - leaving and arriving on time. I'm always amazed how the drivers can navigate the tiny roads to National Trust properties. And on the way back.......... when everyone is tired and we had the smoothest of journeys. I would definitely use Barnes Coaches again and recommend them to others."

"We booked a 41 seat coach with Barnes for some of our wedding guests as we had a lot of family and friends staying in one particular hotel. The driver was very helpful and even took a slight detour to help a couple of stranded wedding guests, who could not get taxis, on the way back to the hotel. Thank you! The vehicle was comfortable and kept in good condition. I would definitely recommend this company to others."

"The driver didn't know the area but was very accommodating, taking the time to park up and walk to us and take direction! The driver was very helpful. The coach was a double decker - very clean and impressive!"

"The Journey was relaxing for me as the organizer, the driver was helpful and joyful making our journey a happy and comfortable one even though the weather was miserable. I have always found Barnes coaches to be clean and comfortable and I will continue to book with them enjoying their good all round service ."

"We booked a 19-seater, so it was a bit of a surprise to have a big coach turn up, but it was great to be able to spread out. The driver was accommodating and very pleasant. The coach was clean and comfortable."

"Journey, driver and vehicle absolutely fine. But no ones fault we didn't know there was a festival on in Stratford which meant that we had to walk much further to get to the theatre. For most of the party this was difficult. Personally, if I had known I could have taken my buggy, but because they normally drop right by the theatre I didn't."
