"We had a great week when we did the Celtic Connection Tour. The tour was great all the hotels were of a good standard as was the food, the only one that was a little remote from shops etc was the one in Northern Ireland. Our driver Steve was brilliant a real asset to your company. At all times he was helpful, polite, informative and had a great sense of humour, he ensured that we were kept up to date on travelling times , meal times etc and took good care of our luggage. The bus was comfortable and was always clean."

"Excellent holiday in york. Fuss free travel there and back. We had a taxi pick up both ways courtesy of Barnes. Our driver Phil was really friendly and informative. He was very smart, helpful and punctual . Phil always made sure we were told times and pick up points of the additional trips. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The choice of hotel was excellent for service and location and the variety of trips included were well chosen. Overall the whole experience was wonderful and will definitely be something we repeat in the future. Phil is an asset to your company and goes above and beyond his job title. Keep up the good work ."

"This was our second holiday with Barnes and again we were not disappointed. From start to finish we could not fault the holiday at all. We did the trip to the Ring of Kerry and Dingle. The three hotels we used were well chosen with comfortable rooms and fine food. The driver was very informative and friendly and impressed us all with her skilful driving around some tricky narrow roads with very steep drops and hairpin bends. Even the Dolphin put in an appearance on our dolphin cruise. The pickup and drop off at the start and end of the holiday was also superb. Any negative points? The only one I could think of was the return crossing on the ferry ( it was rough ). However Barnes can not be held responsible for the weather and it made the return trip interesting. Would we use Barnes again ,well yes we have and will continue to do so."

"The journey was good, drivers (for both journeys) were very friendly and helpful. Overall the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the toilet facilities were out of order for the outward journey (this wasn't a problem on the return journey). These things happen and will definitely be booking again for future events."
