Barnes Coaches are one of the leading coach companies in the area, hopefully you may well have heard of us and seen our distinctive green coaches out on the road. For those of you who already use our services, thank you for your continued custom, for those of you who haven’t used us before, why not give us a go and see what you are missing out on.
We have a range of coaches from 8 seat mini-buses to 96 seat double deck coaches.
We always offer an exceptional service and can offer you some amazing deals on coach hire! The safety of our passengers has always been of paramount importance and we have been vindicated in the pursuit of this goal as we were amongst one of only 11 founder members nationwide of the DVSA’s EARNED RECOGNITION scheme for coach operators.

"Very professional - Charlie our driver was a very careful driver and ensured that we were all parked safely to allow all 47 children to get off the coach. He was extremely punctual for our return journey and even lent me his A to Z map of Oxford! The coach was clean and comfortable and helped us to have a lovely day out."

"Fabulous experience from start to finish. Barnes filled in for us when we had problems with another local coach company. They even gave us a better price which considering it was rather last minute was great. We had a really nice modern coach which made the journey to London very comfortable. Our driver was excellent and communicated well with the organiser of the trip and the other passengers. I have no hesitation in recommending them!"

"Four of us pensioners booked a trip to Royal Mint & St Fagins, In the NWN advert it stated pick up in Thatcham, On booking I was informed that Thatcham had been removed from the pick up points which makes it difficult to get to Newbury library for 08.50, Should'nt have advertised Thatcham as a pick up point!."

"I have used Barnes Coaches at a previous company so as I've always found them to be easy to deal with, accommodating in requirements e.g last minute route changes etc, professional, excellent time keeping and the coaches are always extremely clean & tidy, so I recommended them for my new company. Based on this being the first time my new company had used Barnes Coaches, I was pleased that they provided an excellent service, but more importantly that many of my collegues expressed the same view as I have previously. Again, I would have no hesitation in recommending Barnes Coaches for future uses and I'm sure they'll gain further custom with my colleagues who regularly bookk coaches for company events."

"I pay £500 annually to get my daughter to school. The coach drivers are often rude and on three occasions this year they have left the stop before the due time which has meant that today my daughter has missed the last day of term. I called the company, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Think carefully before relying on Barnes as a service. Extremely poor!"
