"We were a small group of retirees on a day out. Our driver, David, knocked on my door 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to say he was parked at the end of the road, as requested. Thereafter, he took us to our first stop, the Bombay Sapphire distillery, and waited longer than originally planned for us to emerge! He then easily found the local pub, where we were to have lunch. The pub car park had a narrow entrance, so he dropped us outside and looked to park nearby. However, not long after he appeared in the pub to inform us that he had managed to park in the pub car park by attacking to entrance from the opposite direction. After a short visit to a National Trust garden on the way home, he dropped off party members around Marlborough before taking me back to my front door, where he insisted on carrying my cold box out of the bus for me. A very pleasant and helpful young man. The 19-seater bus was very clean and comfortable and so much easier to board than a minibus. A great day out after our gang had been unable to meet for our monthly lunches over lockdown, which was truly enhanced by the efficient service provided by Barnes."

"Having used Barnes for our sons stag do a month earlier we decided it would be best to use them again for the wedding! As we were staying in a secluded house as a large family for a few days before the wedding we knew they would arrive on time to get us to the venue, unlike local taxis. We were right the driver was there 15 min early. He had local knowledge. The large 19 seater bus was clean, modern and comfortable. When we got picked up at 1am to come back to the house after the wedding the different driver was equally as lovely. He even organised with his office to sort a ride home for some of our sons friends back to Swindon (whose taxis had not arrived) the lady on the booking line was also lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend Barnes coaches to anyone for any job.. you get what you pay for you really do. Great service by all. Thank you for helping to make our sons wedding so stress free…"

"Our journey to and from Derbyshire was comfortable and made more pleasant by our driver Neil Vizzard, he stopped around half way for a break and was most obliging. He was polite and loaded our luggage quickly on both journeys, as well as being a good driver."

"Very disappointed to have booked a 19 seater to pick up our guests after our wedding to find that the driver could only legally take 4 passengers back. Leaving many of our guests stranded at night trying to book late night taxis. Not a service that I nearly paid nearly £300 for. Needless to say that the first coach never turned up."
