"Just returned from the “Little Trains in the Heart of Wales” 5 day break. Must say a huge thank you for a wonderful trip. Collected from home, lovely driver, main coach driver Steve was superb. A very safe and steady driver. Started each day with a joke, so friendly and helpful. The 4 star hotel was amazing. Exceptional food, room and staff brilliant. The two train rides were excellent, very well organised and safe especially with COVID restrictions. Beautiful scenery. Lucky with weather as rained whilst on coach then stopped at destinations! Waiting for new brochure to book again. THANK YOU BARNES COACHES."

"My mum & I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Bull Ring last week. The coach was running late due to issues but we were notified on this issue and the driver made up good time. The driver was polite and very friendly. The details he gave us were very clear and we all returned to the coach in plenty of time, resulting in getting home earlier than expected. The coach was very clean and well looked after. Will definitely be booking my trips with you in the near future. Thank you."

"Got back yesterday from the Blackpool Illuminations trip. Our driver, Marek, was excellent--very friendly, very informative, and dealt with individual requests in a most diplomatic way. Neil, who took us to/from Melksham to Cirencester, was also very friendly and helpful. The staff at The Carousel Hotel were very good and made us feel very welcome. Our room (221) was spacious but the bathroom floor had a number of stains on it and did not look very clean. Service at the evening meal was very good, though there was no vegetarian main course option available on both nights--though I do not eat meat, I do eat fish so I was OK but if I had been a vegetarian what would I have had? It's very strange that in 2021 a hotel can still not recognise that there may be vegetarians, or even vegans, amongst their guests--even on the Golden Mile they were offering vegetarian burgers! Also, it was a free-for-all at the self-service breakfast, hardly anyone wearing masks (including staff) and the only mitigation was a hand sanitiser on entrance, with no staff checking that it was actually used. Self-service cutlery being picked up by everyone--no checks on spreading at all."

"The Organ Club regularly books coaches to collect members who gather from across the UK at a single starting point. Your driver Jason was a Gold star example of exactly the attention to detail of providing a very high standard of service, and with a full and complete understanding of the vehicle he was driving. Vehicle spotless. We had to divert from planned routes due to the number of roadworks in the area, and his knowledge of alternative routes was superb. We ran to time and I would book him again if the Club has a further visit in the region. Well done to him, and also the team that deals with administration and vehicle presentation."

"Barnes coaches provide an exceptional service. Contact via telephone and email during the booking stages, was first class and seamless. Our driver (Phil) arrived in good time for our pick up, he was friendly and knew the route he was taking. All was well until the main road was shut by Police and we had to take a diversion. Phil navigated the coach through twisty roads, parked cars and oncoming traffic with ease. The coach was extremely clean and very comfortable. For our return journey, Phil was ready at the designated time and the main road had re-opened. Excellent service from start to finish; we would highly recommend Barnes coaches and we will use them again in the future."
