"We booked ASA travel for our stag party from Birmingham to Bournemouth with return. They arrived on time for both journeys, provided a nice clean coach and drivers who were well presented and very helpful. Great service provided and will definitely be using for future bookings."

"The driver was kind and helpful with the bags and he made the journey go quickly by speaking to us and the children. Polite with the children. Drivers appearance clean and smart The vehicle was very clean and also spacious. No faults Fantastic service"

"ASA Travel arrived a few minutes late but this was only due to there being a small bridge with a weight restiction on the route. Other than that, the driver was professional and accomodating. Would recommend this service to anyone. Many Thanks ASA!"

"I hired a coach to pick up my wedding guests. Everything went smoothly which was great - I didn’t have to worry about anything. The driver arrived on time and was really friendly and helpful."

"Journey was smooth and the driver was helpful and chatty. The trip went very smoothly and it beat any other coach company on price by a considerable distance. Only reasons for lower than 5 star was the bus was getting old with no working air con. Also the driver informed me on the way down pick up would be close to 11am and then shown up at 9.50am . However, the driver was not pushy and let us get our luggage together before setting off."

"We went too brighton with family & friends about 33 of us, coach came on time driver was pleasant well mannered clean coach, I will recommend people hire ASA TRAVEL & very good price too thanks"

"The coach was an hour late picking us up and said they had us confused with another booking despite me phoning the previous day to confirm the details - finally arrived after several phone calls and we did get there and back OK. The coach was quite old but clean and the driver was helpful and apologetic. It's a shame their office weren't more efficient and their phone number was also incorrect."

"We are very sorry as we have explain it to you the booking was mixed up with the other customers that were going to the same place but they have cancelled it the day before however we have sent the driver straight away after your phone call ,we are glad you didn't miss the show and we did not charge you for 45 minutes waiting time .thanks,"
