"Sajad was a super steady driver. He turned up 45 minutes early but was prepared to wait until we were all ready. He was very friendly and got us to the Cheltenham races in good time. When returning to pick us up he kept in contact to try and meet us somewhere away from the huge crowds. Would fully recommend ASA travel and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again :)"

"Initially we were given the wrong mobile number for the driver. When I called to let him know we were at our pick-up point, he said that he had already picked up us, which he hadn't. But it was all sorted and we did laugh about it. The driver was really friendly and wasn't strict about us eating snacks on the coach which some companies are. We were also allowed to leave a small back on the coach. He drove us straight to the door. I would definitely use this service again."

"If I could leave no stars i would . They cancelled the trip a week before we was due to go by email I think if I did not email them they would of not even told us . They do not pick up the phone when you try to ring them worse customer service ever . I recommend if you thinking of using asa travel then don't They will only let you down . Luckily we sorted other arrangements to get to and from are destination and had a fantastic hen party . No thanks to this company"

"The mini bus arrived on time on the way to and back from our holiday.The driver was very pleasant and the mini bus was to a reasonable standard.Would have given 5 stars apart from we ran out of petrol on the way back.And had to stand on the side of a busy A road for an hour an a half.With my partner my 70 year old mother and 13 year old daughter. I would off thought I would of got some compensation and an apology from the company.The driver did apologise and was very annoyed by the situation"

"Great coach company with friendly drivers, who took us from Birmingham to Newquay in Cornwall for a very reasonable price. The coach was clean and very comfortable and would definitely recommend their service to others."
