"All the lead up to the journey was very smooth and ASA were very accommodating when changes to the journey were requested. Only let down was that the driver was 30 minutes late in picking us up which delayed us reaching our destination. We would use ASA again and will treat the lateness of the driver as an isolated incident."

"The outbound journey was great, the driver was friendly and on time. We had a great journey and everything was very smooth. The return driver was also very friendly but he was an hour and a half late to pick us up, the bus was very warm and he drove quite erratically."

"Although the coach did turn up 10 minutes late, it was clean and the driver was friendly and was very patient with waiting for us when our event overran a lot longer than anticipated."

"The mini bus arrived on time on the way to and back from our holiday.The driver was very pleasant and the mini bus was to a reasonable standard.Would have given 5 stars apart from we ran out of petrol on the way back.And had to stand on the side of a busy A road for an hour an a half.With my partner my 70 year old mother and 13 year old daughter. I would off thought I would of got some compensation and an apology from the company.The driver did apologise and was very annoyed by the situation"

"Journey was smooth and the driver was helpful and chatty. The trip went very smoothly and it beat any other coach company on price by a considerable distance. Only reasons for lower than 5 star was the bus was getting old with no working air con. Also the driver informed me on the way down pick up would be close to 11am and then shown up at 9.50am . However, the driver was not pushy and let us get our luggage together before setting off."
