"I have just recently returned from a week-long school trip to the Isle of Wight, during which time we were transported around in a Vallance's coach, by your driver Alan Gray. As a school teacher, trips can be very stressful, and the importance of having a good, friendly driver cannot be overstated. A grumpy driver can really put a dampener on the trip, and in my twenty years' experience of teaching, I have met all sorts. I have to say that I could not be more happy with the service provided by your company. The coach was absolutely pristine, and it was obvious that Alan takes excellent care of it , and great pride in it. In fact, every time we returned to the coach, it had been newly washed, polished or hoovered. It was also very spacious and comfortable. More importantly, however, Alan could not have been more friendly and considerate towards the group leaders and the students. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his positive, happy attitude greatly enhanced the whole overall experience. In fact, the group was made up of Italian students, and one of the things they commented on, back at school today, was how friendly English bus drivers are. Alan was also very well liked by the three staff members, as well, and we all agreed that next time we take a school trip in England, we will try and secure Alan as the driver, because he served as an excellent role model to the students. Please accept my compliments in employing such excellent staff, and my thanks for providing such a high quality of service."
