"Fabulous journey! Thank you Vallances Coaches Ltd for being professional from start to finish, with Rob the driver, being very polite, kind, considerate, patient and helpful. The vehicle was smart, clean ( including the toilet) and the video /TV was great (we watched a movie, which made the journey more pleasurable for my elderly group). The journey itself was very comfortable and the driver drove the vehicle perfectly well and smooth (despite heavy rain the whole day). "The journey went smoothly. We arrived on time to the venue and the driver was waiting for us outside the venue when we came out. The driver was friendly and helpful. The coach itself was clean and comfortable."

"The journey overall was very good. The driver was very jolly and happy which made everybody more happy and excited for the trip. He was running a bit late on the way to pick us up but text the company who rang me to let me know which was very helpful. The coach itself was very clean and made for a very comfortable trip.
