"When you have been asked to organise a coach trip for 50 people, aged from 7 years old to mid 80’s, to a very large building site swarming with almost 1500 builders, you do it with great trepidation. Added to that the site was 4 hours drive away and I have never done this before! Three companies responded to my request and Vallances was not only the quickest and best price but also genuinely helpful. Ben Vallance somehow withstood my continual questions and guided me through the minefield with a wonderful calmness. The day arrived and the coach was there waiting ahead of time, and what a coach, wow, everyone from the children to seasoned older coach travellers were blown away, talk about luxury. Rob our driver for the day was very smart, a welcoming smile, and just perfect. I did wonder whether be had ever taken such a crowd to a building site before! The day went perfectly, on time, in subperb comfort, relaxed stops, an outstanding success totally down to Vallances. Well done."

"Excellent day, I asked Vallances for good weather and they obliged! They sent a mini-coach rather than the mini-bus we'd asked for, with more comfort and space. Driver was friendly but not intrusive; we felt he was very capable and safe. He was also very accommodating as regards our drop-off at the destination and in allowing someone to alight nearer her home on the return journey to save her having to go into town then out again to almost the same place, Many thanks to all concerned.
