"The short journey was absolutely fine! The coach was clean and John the driver was very accommodating! The only Dow side was that it was one of the hottest days of the year and the air vents/air con only worked on the offside section of the bus. Fortunately it was a relatively short journey! Thank you!"

"Unfortunately because of the extreme hot weather and many of our group are in their 80’s we had to postpone our journey with Vallance coaches, however when I cancelled they were excellent, so polite and understanding we will only ever use Vallances in future.
