"Minibus booked for wedding venue transport. Head office very responsive to emails and helpful in the days/weeks beforehand. On the day Driver very friendly and reliable. Would use again and would recommend."

"We landed early and the driver even came to pick us up 20 minutes before scheduled time. Notwithstanding the traffic in busy London, the driver was very helpful in setting strategic meeting points and we managed to come back to the airport on time. The coach was very tidy and comfortable. I highly recommend this company."

"The main part of the journey was great. No hassle. Only issue was the driver not wanting to stick to the 2300 arranged pick up time and causing hassle for my bridal party due to that. Workout that's it a amazing service, GREAT COACH!!"

"We were late on our ferry ride to go to isle of wight thus one hour was lost cause we had to wait one hour. We had enough time but he is not so much aware of time. Did not drop us where we wanted to be dropped off. We had to go with him to where he should park instead of dropping us at the location. Its not our problem where he should park. He should figure that out."

"Our Community group booked this coach with very short notice. We were delighted to have been accepted and make our trip possible. The booking was simple and professional. The driver did have traffic issues so arrived an hour late (not his fault) We automatically got an apology from Mr Kamal and we embarked on an epic journey to Hindleap Warren. r return trip was flawless! The driving was professional and we arrived in excellent time. The coach was immaculate and service very reasonable despite the rising cost of travel. Mr Kamal is a very good driver and we felt very safe with him at the wheel. Thank you for helping us out and we will definitely use this service again."

"Hi there, The journey started all well. However, the driver was behaving strangely from the beginning. He got annoyed just because of receiving a call to ensure he is on his way for the trip. During the journey, every time he was asked to change the AC settings, he reacted abruptly and rudely. He was constantly on the headphone throughout the journey. It took him 5 hours to get to the destination point, which was a 3.5 hours journey. He seemed lost as he was changing the route. He was passing inappropriate jokes to the staff. He also had an altercation with a students that turned out a verbal fight between the driver and the student. A local passer by had to intervene as the driver was not ready to let go things. There is a video recording to the incident that was made by another student, whom the driver threatened that he will kick his arse if the video is not deleted. On our way back the driver refused to take us back to London and kept us waiting in cold for 30 minutes. When arrived at the scene where he dropped us, he then refused to take the student on board asking her to apologise. The student asked him to apologise equally to end the altercation. The staff apologised on student's behalf but still he kept the rest of the students like hostage and did not move. At one point he said he will call the police if the student does not get off the coach punishing the rest of the student. The student apologised at the end so that the coach could move. I am sharing the video to the company representative and can be made available to you if required. However, I believe that the an inappropriate and inexperienced driver was sent that ruined the day and made the event a bad memory. Singh and Kaur tried to resolve the situation but they would have done an investigation prior to sending the driver. I would strongly recommend to not send this driver to student trips. However, Jasmeen from the Coach company was very nice and helpful."
