"Our journey from London to Coventry started with the coach arriving 30 minutes late. When the driver finally arrived and was asked if the toilet was working, we had older and very young travellers, his reply was sheepish “only number ones please… no number two’s!” When ordering the coach it was made clear that a functioning toilet and air conditioning were essential, which SK agreed to. We boarded the vehicle and started our journey to Coventry. Saturday was the hottest day of the year… as our journey progressed along the A40 towards the M40, the temperature in the coach started to rise dramatically, many of the younger passengers started to struggle with the heat in the coach. We moved the smaller children towards the front of the coach where the driver had his side window open, which was nice for him… The driver was approached to turn up the air conditioning “it’s on full now” he replied. As the sun continued to beat down on the coach, the temperature rise was almost unbearable. We made a stop at motorway services on the M40. The air temperature outside was cooler than that of the coaches interior. The driver went to the rear of the coach to investigate the possible cause of the air conditioners failure to cool the coach. As he opened the engine compartment the discovered the belt that drove the air conditioning pump from the engine was completely shredded to bits. The driver then “apparently” contacted his office. We were given a choice of waiting for a mechanic or a new coach to collect us and carry on the journey. No time of arrival was given for either option… it could be an hour or two or more. We had no choice but to carry on to Coventry. We were however assured by the diver that the coach would be repaired by a mobile mechanic or failing this, a new vehicle would be despatched to collect us from Coventry. We arrived in Coventry, very hot, many of the children were exhausted from the effects of the heat. The driver said he would “again” contact his office to arrange a repair. We were informed by our group leader an hour or so later, that a mechanic was on their way to affect a repair… a while later we were told that a repair wasn’t possible because there wasn’t a mechanic available… we were than informed that their office were sending a replacement coach… only to be told some hours later, and well past the time would should have departed Coventry for home, that no alternative transport was available and we had to carry on with the faulty coach we arrived in. Very strange that no mechanic or replacement coach we available in the UK? Not impressed with this company at all! For a company not to have any contingency for repair or replacement of a vehicle full of passengers far away from their home is inexcusable, grossly unprofessional and bordering on negligent. The coach wasn’t very clean, the toilet was filthy and bits of plastic coach interior cladding were occupying the overhead luggage racks. I will never travel with this company again."

"Would give a zero star if I could Really disappointed with this company. Spoke with them the evening before to confirm time of pickup and that we were all set to go. All ok To my surprise on the morning (yesterday) no coach turn up, when I finally spoke to yeasmin she said she could not get in touch with the driver and the tracker was turned off...hmm, said she would send another coach 1 1/2 hours after she claimed the coach has broken down and. I had 53 dissappointed parents and children who should have been going to legoland. Said she would compensate but never did. Beware"

"The driver was late and so children missed their swimming lesson, they really don't seem to care about it! I would definitely never use this company again and would suggest others don't either."

"Had to cancel trip in March due to Covid. Lady on phone said she will process my refund. Still haven’t received it in June. Tried calling but no one will pick up the phones."

"The coach turned up 35 minutes late and we had to phone several times to find out the position. The company didn't even think of calling us first. When the coach arrived it was clean and satisfactory."

"The driver collecting went to the wrong address. The driver picking up from Gatwick went on the wrong day, then said that they couldn't fulfill the order 2 hours before because the flight was delayed and they had another job to do and we needed to make alternative arrangements for 18 children and 3 staff on a school trip arriving back at midnight. A complete joke"
