"Hi morning We comleted our jurney so un pleasant it was 32 degree tempretur on that day but no aircon on the bus its so hot we have lots senior Citizen travling on the bus dont ever send this driver any place it ll collaps your business very bad behev to all i am very sorry to write this words"

"Dear Damar, I am sorry to hear this from you. However I must emphasise that the Air Conditioning was working and the unfriendly reaction from the driver was merely caused due to your half hour late departure, which eventually could have lead to us to get a ticket and compromised the next job, as the driver kindly explained to you when boarding the coach."

"I was not on the trip personally, but I heard from the participants complains. The driver was rude, had his window open, refused to close it when they were cold, forbid them to eat on the bus under the threat of 50 pounds fine, had his headphones on, aircon refused to switch off, basically put all of them in a bad mood and the trip leader will be putting official complaint in."

"The trip was fantastic! Massive thank you to Noel for rescheduling the trip last minute as requested by the coach leader. Ben our driver was extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. The coach was clean, spacious and comfortable. All passengers were very happy with the overall experience. Will recommend this coach company to others and will also use this company again."

"The journey was good The driver was very unfriendly. Knowingly that hes dealing with children. Very unpleasant and not ready to render any assistant. to us The vehicle was clean If we want to use same company again we will prefer another driver The experience we had with him was not good at all"
