"Great communication before the event, drivers were friendly and the coaches were clean. Only problem that stopped 5*s was the fact we weren't told that the driver would need a 45 minute break during the journey. It meant the coach was late for our event."

"Vehicle was clean, coach was on time and got to destination in good time. Driver was unnecessarily rude which set a bit of a tone for the start of the journey."

"Great service, punctual, professional and pricd matched a competitor. Was impressed that they called me rather than email, felt like a much more human company than others. only slight issue was I wasn't informed there would be a different. coach for each leg of journey. Would use again."

"The journey was fine - a few people mentioned an odd route out of London was taken but I believe that was down to personal preference. The driver didn't really say much but was 30 minutes early which was incredibly helpful. The vehicle was both clean and comfortable, however there was no onboard toilet which was a shame."

"I used Mayfair Coaches for three trips in four days. A Gatwick to Docklands transfer. An East London to West London round trip and a journey to the center with a group of almost 30 people. In general Mayfair offered a decent service. The traffic was real bad and we were awfully late but I can't blame them. Though the drivers did seem to drive into more traffic at least if I compared it to my google maps suggestions. There seemed to be better options for the routes but I am no expert and Google Maps also shows routes that might be unsuitable for a coach. Even a smaller one. The bus was decent but nothing special. The drivers did their work but at least one of them was very uptight and sweared a lot during the ride. It was funny to a degree but also sad. So all in all I guess for the price they were decent but nothing special. But I also had chosen to not look into the Executive cathegory."

"From Stansted, Thursday afternoon: Bus arrived a bit, 15 minutes or so, late. Coach was good, driver polite. No other issues. From Royal National Hotel on Sunday morning. Bus arrived 15 minutes early. We could actually take off ahead of schedule. Driver very helpful and friendly. Coach in good condition. Very smooth ride in light Sunday morning traffic. You would have received 5 stars if we hadn’t had to wait for you at the airport."
