"Journey was great. Our driver was Delice she was lovely, helped us up with bags at the beginning and off again at the end. Stopped at services on route when we requested. She was 10/10. Vehicle was lovely we had 11 on a 16 (I think) seater. Very spacious and plenty room for bags."

"Excellent communication and prompt responses to any queries from the time of booking. Made changes as requested for individual pick ups for 3 families as we were travelling from Liverpool to London Heathrow (for additional cost). Graham drove us down to London and Chris picked us up on return. The vehicle was clean and had enough space to carry all our luggage for 12 people. My son left his new cap on the coach on return and Chris was kind enough to drop it off at a local pick up point. Will certainly use their services again and would recommend Travel safe to others."

"We booked a return trip to Liverpool for a hen weekend on an 16 seater executive minibus. One of our party was in a wheelchair and we had 15 small bags with us plus the folded up wheelchair. When the bus arrived, we didn't have the executive bus we booked but the standard 15 seater with no space for luggage, despite being in contact numerous times to check they knew we needed space for the wheelchair. All the bags and the wheelchair had to be piled up by the door of the bus, which was not a great start to our weekend. When I questioned the driver about the bus, he said he didn't know about the wheelchair and was just came in the bus he was told to. There was no apology. The bus coming back was much better."

"Our driver Phil was very friendly and we had no issues with him at all. The bus we were told was coming was not the one that showed up though, there was 15 of us all with small cases, which was stated when booked and confirmed the day before travel, and a bus with no space for luggage arrived. There was cases piled up on the front seat, up the aisle and at people's feet which made the journey quite uncomfortable. We had originally booked for 16 people and had that other person been there she would have had no place to sit. I would recommend this company on the driver and punctuality although I would say to check before hand that you have the correct bus on route to you."

"Going to Blackpool the executive mini coach was lovely comfortable just what was on the booking form, driver very friendly chatty made us feel very welcome and made the journey lovely. Coming back the driver was lovely and chatty but the mini bus was not the executive mini coach that was booked but standard mini bus very uncomfortable which made the journey a little unpleasant especially in the heat"
